Terms of Use
This page explains the core rules for accounts, content, plans, and orders when using RAFYZO services.
Last update: 27.08.20261. Scope of the service
RAFYZO is a digital platform that provides digital profiles, online stores, restaurant menus, smart cards, and related management tools.
Available features may vary depending on your selected workspace, plan, and the options currently offered for that service.
2. Account and content responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, protecting your sign-in details, and activity performed through your account.
You must have the right to use the text, images, links, products, menus, and other content you upload.
3. Acceptable use
RAFYZO may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content or activity.
Malware, unauthorized access attempts, spam, deceptive redirects, or use that puts the platform or other users at risk may be blocked.
4. Plans, trials, and orders
Plan features, current prices, trial terms, and payment options apply as shown on the relevant plan or order screen.
When a service requires activation, payment review, or approval, access is enabled after the relevant process is completed.
5. Service changes and access
RAFYZO may make reasonable feature changes for security, maintenance, legal requirements, or product development.
When a plan expires or access is removed, paid features may be restricted; existing data is not automatically deleted unless a separate deletion action is taken.
6. Contact
You can contact RAFYZO support with questions about these terms.
