Does RAFYZO Reviews publish Google reviews itself?+
No. When a customer chooses Google review, they go directly to Google and submit the review from their own Google account.
Is the Google link hidden from customers who give a low score?+
No. The Google review option is shown equally to all customers. RAFYZO does not filter the Google link based on score or satisfaction.
What is Private Feedback?+
It is feedback sent privately to the business and kept separate from the Google rating. The business can manage it in RAFYZO and reply when the customer has given permission.
Do I need to buy a physical card to use a QR code?+
No. You can create one QR source with the RAFYZO Reviews plan. A physical Review Card, Sticker, or Stand can also be purchased as a one-time product.
What can I do with the Free plan?+
The Free plan lets you start with Google Review routing, the Reviews Dashboard, and the QR / NFC source allowed by the plan. Private Feedback, themes, and advanced management features unlock on paid plans.
